TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EASY PAWN
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
– “Borrower” means the individual who pawns or sells an item to Easy Pawn.
– “Easy Pawn” means Easy Pawn, a business that provides pawn loans and buys and sells items.
– “Item” means the goods or property pawned or sold to Easy Pawn.
– “Loan” means the amount of money lent by Easy Pawn to the Borrower in exchange for the Item.
– “Pawn” means the act of providing an Item as security for a loan.
2. Pawning Items
2.1. Easy Pawn accepts a wide range of items, including electronics, jewelry, watches, and more.
2.2. The Borrower warrants that they are the rightful owner of the Item and have the authority to pawn or sell it.
2.3. Easy Pawn reserves the right to refuse any Item it deems unsuitable or unacceptable.
3. Loan Terms
3.1. The Loan amount will be determined by Easy Pawn based on the Item’s value.
3.2. The Loan period is 1 month, and the interest rate is 20% per month.
3.3. The Borrower can repay the Loan in full or pay the interest and carry forward the Loan amount.
4. Repayment
4.1. The Borrower must repay the Loan amount plus interest within the agreed-upon timeframe.
4.2. If the Borrower fails to repay the Loan, Easy Pawn reserves the right to sell the Item.
5. Item Care and Security
5.1. Easy Pawn will take reasonable care of the Item while it is in our possession.
5.2. The Borrower acknowledges that Easy Pawn is not responsible for any damage or loss to the Item due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
6.1. Easy Pawn is committed to protecting the Borrower’s personal and Item information.
6.2. We will handle all information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
7. Default and Sale of Item
7.1. If the Borrower fails to repay the Loan, Easy Pawn reserves the right to sell the Item.
7.2. The Borrower understands that they will not be entitled to any proceeds from the sale of the Item.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Easy Pawn and the Borrower.
By pawning or selling an item to Easy Pawn, the Borrower acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
